Remote Office Data Capture Clerk

As a Remote Office Data Capture Clerk at Denali, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry for our online operations. You will be responsible for capturing data from various sources, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the various teams within our company. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Data entry and data capture from various sources including sales orders, inventory reports, and customer information into our online databases
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered and make necessary corrections or adjustments
• Monitor and report any inconsistencies or errors in data to the management team
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and meet deadlines for project completion
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and organizing files, to support the overall efficiency of the company
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline data entry procedures

Qualifications:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or data capture role
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in inventory management and knowledge of outdoor gear and equipment is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience in a remote work setting is preferred
